by: Councillor Hamer THAT the Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of McDougall has no objections to the approval of Consent No. B18/2023 (McD), applied for by Marek Kluga, being Part of Lot 27, Concession 8 in the Geographic Township of' McDougall, now the Municipality of McDougall, subject to the following conditions: That the retained lands be rezoned to the Waterfront 1 Limited Services (WF1-LS) Zone, and the severed lands be rezoned to the Residential (RR) zone; That the retained lot be subject to a 51 (26) consent agreement to be registered on title to recognize the private road status of the access road and that the Municipality is to be indemnified for any responsibility or liability for the repair or maintenance of the private road; That the severed and retained lands be connected to the municipal water supply with all costs, including applicable fees and charges, borne by the applicant; Payment of a fee in lieu of Parkland in accordance with the Municipality’s fee By-Law; Acquiring adequate 911 addressing; That the portion of Pine Ridge Drive 10 metres from the center line of the travelled road be conveyed to the Municipality; Payment of any applicable planning fees.
