THAT the minutes of the McDougall Recreation Committee held September 9, 2024 be adopted as circulated.

WHEREAS, the position of petty cash officer has been deemed unnecessary moving forward; AND WHEREAS, Sarah Shurr has returned her key to the petty cash fund; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that effective immediately, there will no longer be a designated petty cash officer, and all petty cash transactions will be processed at the McDougall Municipal Office during regular business hours.
